Adobe Reader, Read Aloud Feature is cool

Just stumbled upon this one..

Open document in Adobe Acrobat.
Selct View | Read out Loud | Read this page only (or) Read to end of document.

Viola! Time to sit back and enjoy those free e-books!

Note: Tested on Acrobat Reader 7.0 version 7.0.5
